I received this email today, can anyone help?

Dear Sir,

Would  any of your members have any knowledge to the former electric asylum railway? It was built during the construction of the asylum and closed during the 1950's.

Lancashire hospitals such as Whittingham and Calderstones both operated their own railway as did High Royds (Menston), Hellingley and the Epsom 'cluster'

Regards Mark

I have been sent some Photo's of St. Eds from the 1800's which are fantastic. I will put them on their own page on the main site. Here is a nice one of the Engine.
